Most standard worktops are delivered within 3-5 working days. Bespoke or custom-cut orders may take between 7-14 working days depending on the complexity of the fabrication.
Do you offer a professional installation service?
While we specialize in the supply of high-quality surfaces, we can recommend certified local installers. Please contact our support team with your postcode for a list of approved partners.
Can I request a sample before making a full purchase?
Yes, we offer sample swatches for the majority of our laminate, wood, and stone effects. These can be ordered directly from the product page to help you match colors with your existing decor.
What is your return policy for damaged or incorrect items?
If your worktop arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free collection and immediate replacement. Please note that custom-cut items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Are your wooden worktops pre-oiled?
Our solid wood worktops are typically supplied unfinished or with a light transit oil. We recommend applying a high-quality wood oil prior to installation and regularly thereafter to maintain the surface's durability.
How do I care for my new worktop to ensure it lasts?
We recommend using a damp cloth and mild detergent for daily cleaning. Avoid placing hot pans directly on the surface and always use a chopping board to prevent scratches and heat damage.
